Our Discord is where the team actually lives. Open a ticket in #support and you’ll usually get a reply the same day — faster than email, and you can screenshot the problem straight into the thread.

support@sportsdegens.gg reaches all of it. To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:

• Your username — not your email, your username.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• For anything involving money: the amount, the currency (GC or DC), and roughly when.
• For a specific round: the game and the round or bet ID, so we can pull the exact record.

• A coin purchase or a prize redemption. Email us with the amount, the coin and network, and the transaction hash if you have one. Redemptions over the auto-payout limit are reviewed by hand, so some waiting is normal, not a fault.
• A round you think went wrong. Check it yourself first on Provably Fair — you can verify any round without us. If the maths disagrees with the result, send us the round ID and we will treat it as urgent.
• Affiliates and partnerships. Email with your channel, audience and what you have in mind. Everyone already has an affiliate code (it’s your username) — this is for the bigger deals.
• Press and business. Same address, put “Press” in the subject.
• Privacy requests. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
• Reporting a player. Send the username and a screenshot. Moderation decisions and any action taken stay private.

Don’t email these — post them. The Suggestions button in the footer puts your idea in front of everyone, and the ones that get upvoted get built. It works better than a DM because we can see how many people want the same thing.

Discord same day, email within two business days. If something involves your balance and you haven’t heard back, chase us — a missed message is far more likely than us ignoring you.
