Terms of Service

Using Sports Degens means you accept these terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.

We change these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last moved, and we’ll flag anything significant on the site. Carrying on using Sports Degens after a change means you accept it.

You may only use Sports Degens if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are old enough to gamble where you live, if that age is higher than 18.
• Taking part is legal where you are.
• You are not on a self-exclusion register, and not barred from gambling services.
• You are opening the account for yourself, not for anyone else.

You confirm your age when you register. We don’t run identity checks at signup, so that confirmation is on you — and if we later believe an account belongs to someone underage, we’ll close it and void what it won.

One account per person. Not one per email or per device — one per human being. Duplicate accounts get closed, and balances on them go with them.

Keep your details accurate, and keep your password to yourself. Everything done from your account is treated as done by you, so use a password you don’t use anywhere else and turn on two-factor authentication. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is in there.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Withdraw your balance first — a closed account keeps its funds frozen.

Sports Degens runs on two separate currencies, and the difference between them is the whole model.

Gold Coins (GC) are for play. They have no monetary value, can never be redeemed, exchanged or withdrawn, and cannot be converted into Degen Cash. You can get them free, or buy them in a coin package.

Degen Cash (DC) is a free promotional entry currency. You cannot buy DC. It arrives free — attached as a bonus to a Gold Coin package, or through any of the free methods in section 5 — and it is the only currency that can be redeemed for a prize.

Neither currency is money, a deposit, or a balance you hold with us. Both are a limited, revocable licence to play, they carry no interest, and they aren’t transferable outside the features we build for it (tips and rain).

You can obtain Degen Cash without ever spending anything, through any of these:

• Chat rain, which alternates between Gold Coins and Degen Cash.
• Giveaways and code drops on the site and in our Discord.
• Discord challenges and prize competitions.
• Wager races.
• Promotional codes we publish.
• Daily cases and rakeback, once your level unlocks them.

These run continuously and are open to every eligible account. We may add, change or end any promotion, and each one can carry its own conditions — entry windows, level requirements or a cap on wins per person.

Coin packages are bought with cryptocurrency. What you are paying for is the Gold Coins; any Degen Cash shown alongside is a free promotional bonus attached to the purchase, and no part of the price is payment for it.

• There is a minimum purchase, shown at checkout.
• Send the correct asset on the correct network. Anything else may be permanently unrecoverable, and we cannot promise to recover it.
• Crypto amounts are credited net of network and processor fees, and a Bitcoin purchase needs on-chain confirmations before it lands.
• Coin purchases are final. Coins are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or refunded once credited.
• Starting a chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of these terms and will close your account.

Degen Cash can be redeemed for a cryptocurrency prize. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for anything, ever.

• There is a minimum and a maximum redemption, and one redemption may be in progress at a time. Current figures are shown on the redemption screen.
• Degen Cash granted through rakeback, daily cases and rain must be played through before it can be redeemed. Your redeemable balance already reflects this.
• Redemptions are reviewed by a person when the amount is large, when the account is less than a day old, when an account has purchased far more than it has played, or when the daily automatic budget is used up.
• We may ask you to verify your identity or the ownership of a payment method before we release a prize, and we may withhold one until you do.
• You are responsible for any tax on a prize.

A review is not an accusation and most clear quickly. We refuse or reverse a redemption only where these terms have been broken, where it came from a mistake, or where the law requires it.

Every casino round is provably fair. The outcome is fixed by a seed we commit to before the round and reveal afterwards, and you can verify any round yourself on the Provably Fair page — you never have to take our word for a result.

• Each game has a minimum and maximum stake, shown on the game.
• House-banked games cap the profit a single round can pay, so that redemptions stay fast. The current cap is displayed in the casino. Poker pots and tournament prizes are exempt, and Gold Coin play is never capped.
• A round interrupted by a fault is settled at the result the committed seed produces, or voided and refunded if it cannot be settled.
• If a bug, a mispriced game or a display error produces a result that was never possible, we can void that round and correct the balance. Playing on knowing something is broken is a breach of section 9.

The full list is in the Rules. In short, you must not:

• Open more than one account, or use anyone else’s.
• Use bots, scripts or any automation to play.
• Exploit a bug, a fault or a mispriced game rather than reporting it.
• Collude with other players at the multiplayer tables, or dump chips between accounts.
• Abuse promotions, bonuses or the free economy, including through additional accounts.
• Attack, scrape or overload the site.
• Launder money, or use Sports Degens for anything illegal.
• Get around a territory restriction with a VPN or proxy.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, in chat or anywhere else.

We can mute, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we can withhold or void coins and prizes that came from the breach. A mute is timed and only stops you talking. A closure is a full lockout: the balance freezes where it is and any redemption in flight is held while we look at it.

We’ll tell you why. If you think we’re wrong, say so at support@sportsdegens.gg — we do reverse decisions when we’re shown we got one wrong. Where a closure isn’t your fault, you keep whatever your balance legitimately holds.

The sports betting tools are a separate paid product, charged in Degen Cash, monthly or yearly at the price shown when you buy. Auto-renew is optional and off unless you turn it on; when it’s on we take the next period’s price from your Degen Cash balance when the membership lapses, and if the balance isn’t there we switch auto-renew off rather than keep trying.

Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Memberships already paid for aren’t refundable.

Every account has a referral code. Commission rates, how they split when more than one affiliate has a claim, and how long a redeemed code earns for are shown on the affiliate page and can change.

Referring yourself through another account, spamming, buying traffic that isn’t real, or promising anything on our behalf that we haven’t said forfeits commission and closes accounts. We can withhold commission we believe came from fake or abusive referrals.

Chat, the Degen Index and suggestions are public. Site chat is also relayed into our public Discord server, so anything you type there can be read by people who aren’t on the site at all.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display and share it as part of running and promoting Sports Degens. We can remove anything, for any reason.

The site, the games, the tools, the branding and everything else here belongs to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for playing, and nothing more — no copying it, reselling it, or taking it apart.

Sports Degens is not affiliated with, or partnered with, any video game or franchise. Sportsbook names are their owners’ trademarks and appear for identification only.

We’ll keep the site up as best we can, but we don’t promise it will always be available, always be error-free, or always be reachable from where you are. We can change, pause or discontinue any part of it, and we run maintenance when we need to.

As far as the law allows, Sports Degens is provided as-is, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses from your own decisions about what to bet.

These terms are governed by the law of [the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan], and disputes go to the courts of [Gaming Facility Operators that are part of the Anjouan Gaming platform].
