House Rules

You get one account. Not one per email, not one per device — one per person. Extra accounts are the single fastest way to lose a balance you legitimately won, because when we close them we close all of them.

Sharing an account, buying or selling accounts, or playing on someone else’s behalf is the same offence. If several people genuinely share a home and a network, tell us before it looks like fraud, not after.

Everything below ends an account, and any winnings that came from it:

• Bots, scripts, automation, or anything else playing for you.
• Exploiting a bug, a mispriced game, or a broken payout instead of reporting it.
• Colluding at the multiplayer tables — poker, blackjack, mines, shnake — including soft-playing a friend or chip-dumping to another account.
• Attacking the site: scraping, hammering the API, or trying to get around rate limits.
• Charging back a coin purchase rather than talking to us.

Find a bug and tell us and you keep your balance, and we’ll usually thank you properly. Find one and farm it and you keep nothing.

The free economy exists so people can play without depositing. It is not a business model, and we defend it:

• The signup bonus is once per person, ever — not once per account.
• The faucet has a cooldown. Trying to beat it with extra accounts is multi-accounting.
• Promo codes have their own limits — per user, per code, and sometimes a level requirement.
• DC from rakeback, daily cases and rain has to be played through before it can be redeemed. Your redeemable balance already accounts for it.
• Giveaways and challenge prizes are ours to award and ours to withhold if an entry is fake.

Three rules, and mods have the final say:

• No spamming. No flooding, repeated messages, or walls of caps/emoji.
• No promotion. No affiliate codes, case links, or socials — yours or anyone else’s.
• No begging. Don’t ask for tips, rain, or balance. Play, don’t beg.

On top of that: no slurs, no harassment, no doxxing, no posting anyone’s personal information, and nothing illegal. Mutes are timed and run from a few minutes to thirty days. Repeat offenders stop getting timed ones.

Post real wins. Fabricating a screenshot, posting someone else’s win, or posting anything that isn’t a win at all gets the post removed and, if you keep at it, gets you muted. Nudity, gore and anything illegal are removed on sight.

Coin packages are bought with crypto. Send the asset on the network we gave you an address for — anything else may be unrecoverable, and we can’t promise to get it back. Coins are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, so buy deliberately.

Only Degen Cash can be redeemed — Gold Coins never can. A redemption is reviewed by a human when any of these apply:

• The amount is above our automatic-payout limit.
• The account is less than a day old.
• The account has bought far more than it has played — buying and immediately redeeming looks like laundering, and we treat it that way.
• The daily automatic-payout budget is already spent.

Live minimums, maximums and the current caps are shown on the redemption screen, because they change. One redemption at a time per account. A review is not an accusation — most clear the same day.

Every house-banked game caps how much profit a single round can pay, so that payouts stay instant rather than queued. The current cap is shown in the casino and served live from the API. Poker pots and tournament prizes are exempt, and Gold Coin play is never capped. Per-game minimum and maximum stakes are shown on each game.

Every round is provably fair and you can check any of them yourself on the Provably Fair page. If your maths disagrees with a result, send us the round ID — we treat that as urgent.

A mute is timed and only stops you talking — you can still play. A ban is a full lockout: you can’t log in, the balance freezes where it is, and any withdrawal in flight is held while we look at it.

We’ll tell you the reason. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that message or email support@sportsdegens.gg — we do reverse decisions when we’re shown we were wrong.
